Audrey Annalee (Griffon) Brown, 88, St. Joseph, died Friday, Oct. 6, 2000, at a St. Joseph hospital.
Mrs. Brown worked at the Chase Candy Co. for five years and Herman's Drugstore on Mitchell Avenue for several years.
Born in St. Joseph on Dec. 12, 1911, she was a lifelong resident.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents, King and Cora Griffon; five sisters, Pearl Miller, May Meade, Addie Harbeck, Claudia Cowart and Neddie; and four brothers, Oscar, William, Howard and George Griffon.
Surviving: a daughter, Sharon Tootle, St. Joseph; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
