Clara Angst, 86, Route 6, died early Thursday morning at a local hospital.
A native and longtime resident of St. Joseph, Mrs. Angst formerly worked at Bode's Restaurant. She was the widow of Elmer Angst, who died in 1955.
She is survived by four sisters, Edith Klein and Grace Bowers, both of St. Joseph, Erma Angst, Milo, Mo., and Ruth Trotter, Maysville, Mo.; one brother, George Harm, St. Joseph; six grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, six nieces and one nephew.
Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Meierhoffer-Fleeman chapel. Burial will be in Mount Mora Cemetery. |
