Two-Year-Old Son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Horner Fell into a Tub of Hot Water.
Earl Warren, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Horner, died Saturday afternoon at the family home, 1711 Commercial street when he fell into a tub of scalding water. This child was playing in the kitchen and his mother was hanging out washing in the ayrd. She heard the little fellow scream and hurried into the house to discover than he had fallen into a tub of hot water. Dr. W.W. Gray was summoned, but little hope was held out for the child's recovery, as he was frightfully burned about the hips, legs and back.
The funeral service was conducted at 2 o,clock this afternoon and burial was in Mount Mora Cemetery. |
